I want to make a camera bag for my Canon DSLR which will be basically an insert in a regular backpack. I have tried craft stores (Joann) & their "high density foam" is totally weak & will not protect well enough. If you feel a real camera bag (or even backpack straps) you can tell the foam is pretty dense and not "pillow-y". It is kind of like a yoga or exercise mat. I guess if I am desperate I can cut up a yoga mat, but I wanted to see if anyone knew where I could actually buy that kind of foam & see if it’s cheaper than a $25 yoga mat. Any info would be great, thanks!
Buy a Pelican replacement foam. I have a Pelican case, it’s about 15 years old now
and the foam is still in great shape. eBay it and there’s some good deals on the
$25-$30 range.

How to remove gum from exercise ball?
my friend gave me an exercise ball to do yoga but i has a piece of gum on it. Its been there for 1 year and its all black now. I know it sounds weird and nasty bbut its not that bad. I just want to get rid of it.
How can i do it without popping the ball??
boil some water and put hot boiling water on gum and gim turns to liquid goo and simply get a rag and wipe it off
Is yoga a good exercise for losing weight?

This is because muscle burns more calories than other body tissues. Cardio, like running, swimming, biking, or walking briskly, will help a lot.
