			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>my wife joined a yoga and aerobics session 3 months back and since then she has been going there regularly and really enjoys yoga. she has jokingly also mentioned that she finds the male instructor very handsome. yesterday she came back and told me that when she went for the class, the instructor told that he has planned to have frequent special sessions with 3 most bright students. the special session is nude yoga and aerobics.<br />
my wife has been brainwashed by the instructor that doing that would enable the instructor to study the body of each student better and exercise and yoga poses can be tuned according to need.<br />
my wife had not bothered to discuss this with me, and had attended the session yesterday. there are 2 male members in that special class apart from my wife.</p>
<p>I am embarassed to think how she took off her clothes in front of 3 male whom she barely knows and didnot even bother to discuss this with me. my wife tells me that they had the **** yoga session for around 45 mins. i know that yoga involves much body contact&#8230;whenever i imagine the scene , it gives me shivers.</p>
<p>i am very sad and depressed at this.am i over reacting ?</p>
<p>guys i had a chat with my wife about this and told her how i feel. she says that there is nothing suspicious as the students were given full descretion to either do it or not. she says that she tried calling me but my mobile was unreachable.</p>
<p>i dont know what to do . should i divorce her ?</p>
<p>Guys, i need advise please what i should be doing now ?please&#8230;.<br />
<br />First i am a women who have done yoga. And i have never ever heard of any instructor doing nude yoga and i even work at the gym and our instructors dont even take it that far. U are not wrong at all! Your wife should had consulted into u first and had u meet her instructor or even offered for u to sit in the special classea with her. And in yoga the stances you have to be in us very inapporiate for anyone to be doing it in front of unless its the person u about to have sex with and yall jus trying sumin new. If u are a person in christ such as i then u should know that it says wife honor ur husband and be submissive. She isnt honoring u by showing other men her temple which belongs to u because u guys are married. She is very wrong and it really disappoints me that a married woman would act that way and not see the wrong in it.  I would say sit down and talk to some ppl that u trust the most and are positive  even talk to ur dad if hes married or been married cuz some time old wisdom is the best wisdom. And sit down talk to her and tell her how u feel and see why she even did it in the first place cuz maybe she hurting or feeling some lack of need somewhere. And go to marriage conseling. Try to fix it first before of divorcing. U married for better or worst so now get threw the wrost and make it to the better.</p>
