What cardio can I do indoors with no equipment?

Here’s a real challenge for you, D&F. I currently can’t exercise anywhere but my room now. I have a yoga mat. Please help?

That’s a tough one. Calisthenics are always good, especially jumping jacks. If you can get a crate and turn it upside down or anything around the house that’s solid that you can use as a step and run up and down it. Check out some of the following links for some ideas. The world’s fastest workout one is amazing. It really gets your heart pumping. I do it longer than it says though, just for a longer workout, but I imagine it still gets great results in the time suggested.
