0 The 5 Tibetan Poses YOGAI’ve been practicing, teaching and recommending the 5 Tibetan Energy Rejuvenation Exercises since 2004. You can do the whole routine in 15 minutes and only need enough floor space for your body while laying down and enough air space for your arms to be outstretched. I had to speed up to fit the video.
The 5 Tibetans represent a great way to keep your body in shape when you have limited time for a physical workout or limited space for a complete yoga routine. Be Healthy, Be Happy!

    Hi there, I really like this post. Relaxing, inspiring & engaging. I have daily commitments that I have been practicing for the last 285 days consistently. These consist of Meditation, Movements & Journaling. Due to Rhuematoid Arthritis becoming more of a problem some of my Movements are becoming more difficult. I may consider adapting the problematic areas into some of the types of moves you demonstrated here. This has been really helpful. Thanks for sharing. Bless you All good things to you. x
