To see results, meaning lean, toned, well defined muscles
depends on how consistent you are. Once a week will give you less results than 3 times a week or 5 times a week. Personally, when I want to achieve a goal, I take 1 day off a week. Hope I’ve answered your question. Please let me know if I can help further. Best wishes!

if you didn’t need to learn the “prep” part, why not go straight to the exercise?
