what is better for exercise: pilates, yoga or other?

I would alternate between Pilates and Yoga. Why? Because Pilates tones and firms and Yoga keeps you young by keeping you limber and stretching. Both put together would be an unbeatable combination. Do them both twice a week alternating each time. And don’t forget to take your vitamins: http://www.DontForgetToTakeYourVitamins1040.com/HUFFMAN31948
You always need extra nutrients when starting any excercise program.

a well rounded workout schedule is the best kind. One that includes weight training, cardio, stretching of any kind (yoga) and static training without weights(pilates) is great. Get a good variety to enhance muscle definition and keep fat off.
